Had a fun dinner there. The dueling pianos was fantastic. The food was ok but the atmosphere was great.

Had this for lunch when we were there in August of 2012. The lobster bisque was AMAZING! I would 100% recommend it. It was quiet and our food was great.

Great cheese burger, way better than Margaritaville where you have to wait an hour and thirty minutes for forgettable food. Very tender and had outdoor grill flavor. Jerk chicken with mash potatoes and green beans was good. 8yr old daughter said chicken fingers were good. Good service. Will go back here on next trip

We decided to spend Saturday evening at Pier Park. As we entered we noticed the restaurants on the main street seemed packed. We were quite hungry so we parked further end and looked for restaurants. We came across Rum Runners which was not crazy packed. Plus they had a cover band inside but the walls rolled up so the patio could hear and see them. We agreed to eat here. The staff was friendly and the place was very lively. The food came out really fast. The food was good. Not awesome though. I believe I had a rum runner to drink. It was good. The location is good to see some of the family friendly activities.

We stopped in to eat. It took a really long time for our rum runners. They were small and ok. We ordered our lunch and that took another 25 minute. My biggest complaint the lobster bisque was terrible. ..no lobster! It was a salty and subpar. My friend had coconut shrimp..very tiny tiny..only 6 on the plate. We were disappointed.

Very disappointed with this place and especially disappointed that we chose it for our Easter dinner night! The first sign should have been that when I called to see if they could accommodate a group of 30 people, they said they could without me having to make a reservation. It was Spring Break and we thought everyone would be out to eat at nicer restaurants, but apparently everyone else knew something that we didn't at the time. They set up our two tables to accommodate our group and we were basically the only ones in the restaurant. They only had one waiter and one bartender!!!! Our poor waiter did the best possible job he could do, but we didn't see or hear from a manager, or anyone else (if there was even anyone else in the building) The bartender, who wasn't even busy didn't even try to step up to help the poor guy. Our waiter was probably also cooking our food! The food was bland and not worth the price we paid and there was absolutely no entertainment, which was one of the reasons we wanted to go there. We were all so disappointed that this was how we spent our Easter dinner, so unless serious changes are made to this place, don't waste your time!

Food and entertainment were good, but because this place has open walls to the outside, it got really hot sitting there. Also, our waiter brought our check without even asking if we were ready for it. I was going to stay and drink more, maybe even get another appetizer, but when he brought my check I felt rushed. I stayed for another 20 minutes and he didn't bother to check in once.

Great food, with a very wide selection. Everyone is always very friendly and polite. The food is very high quality and not overpriced

The atmosphere is great, dueling pianos, good place to hang out. That's the only good thing I can say about this restaurant. We had dinner there and that's the reason I am giving them a one star. Our dinner arrived one hour after we arrived. Three of our dinners arrived and the fourth dinner arrived 15 minutes later. While we were waiting for the last dinner to arrive, we had no utensils to eat our dinner with. The food is only ok. Not worth waiting 60 + minutes for dinner! I am not even reviewing the individual dishes and drinks we ordered because it took them so long to bring the food to us!

This place is great! Restaurant by day and Piano Bar at night. Just keep in mind if your going here with the family for the food go early kids have to be out by 9 because come night time, it's full Piano Bar mode! Now for the food (the little that I ordered) it was just OK, nothing to go crazy about. They actually have some of the good stuff on tap here, Sweet Water, ShockTop Yiengling etc, I also tried the Piña Colada wasn't bad at all for a frozen drink. Only thing that I do not like is they serve your alcoholic beverages in plastic cups. Plastic cups are gross. I plan on going back more and I will update my review as I try new things.

My friend and I walked in here while in Panama City Beach and they had dueling pianos, which you hear from outside so it seems inviting right? Well, I should have saw the signs when we walked in and they had one table of about 8 people, 4 people sitting behind them at this long bar and then at the actual bar was about 3 people. This place is located in Pier Park which was super crowded with people that night. We ordered a drink and within minutes we were both sweating like we were in an aerobics class! They had no A/C!! This is July and it's at least 90 degrees outside, really people? We could barely drink our entire beer and I was begging the server to bring our tab so we could get the hell out of there! Would be an ok place if they turned on the air. The guy sitting next to us at the long bar asked the server if they could turn on the air and his response, "I'll ask if we can turn it on!" WOW! No thanks, I'm not going to sit somewhere and sweat my ass off for no reason! Sorry Rum Runners!

This place was horrible. The grouper tasted off, we were the only people in the place and service was still slow.

Went for a Saturday lunch with the family. Food is overpriced and not worth writing home about. We won't be returning.

Food not worth the money. We went before music started and wished we had went somewhere else. May be awesome with the entertainment, but without it I would go somewhere else.

We walked in and we were a bit scared because the place was completely empty, but we decided to give it a try. We started with the chicken nachos, they were loaded, had a good chunks of chicken, it was good overall. My dad ordered the fried shrimp platter, it was a plate full of food, shrimp, hush poppies and fries. Mom ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with provolone cheese, there was nothing left on her plate! I ordered the fried Mahi sandwich, it was an average fish sandwich. My wife ordered the calamari appetizer as her entree, they were good! The food and the service was OK, nothing crazy about it.

We go to Rum Runners every summer while in PCB. Our kids love listening to the musicians, and requesting songs and giving tips. We went back this year with two other families we are vacationing with (5 adults and 7 kids), and had a terrible experience. The piano player (specifically the bald one with a long beard) was incredibly rude to our 3-year-old when she requested a song (and handed him a tip at the same time), our waitress was MIA almost the whole time, our food took almost an hour to come out, three of the kids meals never came out, and after everyone was finished eating and we were waiting on the check, my husband went to find the waitress to tell her to cancel the kids meals that she was still waiting on. She went on to tell us that she would cancel them but we would still have to pay for them, that's all the manager would agree to do. So we asked to speak with him, and he came out and finally agreed to take them off. The food that DID make it out was cold and bland. The fries were disgusting and greasy. We won't be coming back here.

This restaurant is located within the Pier Park shopping area. I believe they are near the center section by the theatre. We actually visited this place for the live music, but it did not appear to start until 7pm. I ended up trying their house drink - "rum runner", which is a blended mix drink similar to a "mai tai" with two types of rums, but it turned out to be pink color slushy drink. For main course, I got the Lobster Ravioli per the server's recommendation. I came out looking like a bowl of Lobster Bisque with lobster-filled ravioli in it. Taste-wise was decent, but look-wise was not too appetizing as it gave me a gooey feeling. I suppose Rum Runners was a decent dining place, it was not the best bang for the buck, but I guess you cannot expect good deal in a tourist area.

Very Disappointed! I paid $9.00 for a Rum Drink only to have a watered down drink served in a 12 oz disposable cup with no garnish. They should be embarrassed . The Chicken Nachos were OK and sodas were served in decent large glass but I couldn't get passed the fact that a place called RumRunners wouldn't a decent Rum Drink with some presentation.

Good place to hang out and chill to have a drink or listen to music. They have dueling pianos on weekends. There are slips of paper that allow you to request songs during the dueling pianos. The drinks are stiff and fairly priced. The owner was nice and friendly. Can't comment on the food as I did not go there to eat. The bar had a good variety of alcohol which was nice. This place stays open pretty late for Panama City Beach.
